We played some fun games including one where you had to draw a monkey, one body part at a time, according to the roll of a dice.
Jonah’s Daddy, Ryan, won the Banana Eating Contest.
Jonah had fun opening presents until he opened his very own cell phone from his aunties. It even had a message that said “Happy Birthday Jonah!” to him. After that, he had no interest in any more presents. He just wanted to open and close and talk on his new phone.

After Jonah’s fun birthday party, we went over to my parent’s house to celebrate my sister, GayLynn’s, birthday, which is just 2 days after Jonah’s. (Fun side note – My brother, Jonathan’s, first baby was born 5 days before his birthday and my first baby was born just 12 days after my birthday, so it looks like my sister, Christi, will someday be destined to have her first baby born within days of her birthday too!)
Ashilene got to try strawberries for the first time.
Jonah loved eating his strawberries.
Grandpa Darryl had a blast playing with his grandkids!
